Navikah Residence, Bkk1, Phnom Penh

 I have been working in this  Architectural Design project as Architect while i was in archOmatik.
From Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design development and Detail Design.
The building is plan to finish the construction in 2025.

 Navikah Residence has total of 32 stories. The form follow functions is the principle concept of this building. It has a contemporary and minimal touches.

The building has 8 half-half parking floors.
The lobby reception is on L1 ground floor. Office space for rental on the 5th floor.
Total Units 78 Units
Perfect View Swimming Pool, Gym, Jacuzzi, restaurant and skybar with roof top.
